Victoria, the tour guide, and Markle, the driver, were both very professional and friendly. Victoria's professional guidance, in particular, was unforgettable! The pacing was also excellent, very efficient! The tour experience was fantastic! However, I hope future accommodations can be improved. The soundproofing in the hostel room was quite poor; I could clearly hear the conversations of the guests next door. Also, the tour itinerary didn't mention that toiletries like toothpaste and toothbrushes wouldn't be provided. I hope this can be clarified so future travelers can prepare accordingly; it would definitely make the experience even better! But overall, I must say it's highly recommended!
