It would be helpful if responses from the customer service team at Golden Dragon could be more timely. We were not informed about the details of the driver until we urgently called customer service prior the day we arrive. While the driver was kind, he had limited English proficiency, and we had to rely on a translator throughout the journey. Additionally, the condition of the car could be improved to enhance the customer experience, especially considering this was a long 6-hour trip. It would also be appreciated if a water bottle could be provided on the first day of the journey to make the ride more comfortable.

這次我們是三個人帶2件28吋行李還有其他後背包和小手提（真的不建議帶第三個28吋！），跟KKDAY預定的是2天1夜行程，從曼谷飯店出發>>大城住一晚>>回曼谷的酒店。 司機Pao是泰國人，英文不錯並且非常友善，第一天提早到飯店等我們，路上會和我們聊天，也適時的讓我們好好休息。這次在大城去了柴瓦塔那蘭寺->>羅卡雅蘇塔寺>>帕席桑碧寺>>阿瑜陀耶古城>>瑪哈泰寺，每次逛完的時候只要跟Pao說我們差不多要結束了，Pao都會瞬間出現來接我們，幾乎沒什麼等待的時間就可以上車吹冷氣，這在炎熱的泰國真的超級加分。行程的部分也都能和Pao討論，完全沒有壓力。在大雨過後只剩零星攤販大城夜市找不到想吃的食物，Pao帶我們轉戰在地美食，完全無雷，我們吃的非常滿足。 隔天的行程一早去了崖差蒙空寺和邦芭茵夏宮(個人覺得夏宮真的是大城景點中最能允許略過的一個），在出發回曼谷前因為已經接近中午時刻並且回到曼谷的車程會需要2個小時，Pao知道我們喜歡吃pad thai還特地幫我們找到讓我們果腹，實在非常貼心，Pao真的是一個會試著記得和瞭解旅人們需求的人！非常貼心！ 下午的最後一個行程是讓人逛到忘我的洽圖洽週末市集，最不可思議的是Pao居然能在茫茫人海中找到我們，並且帶我們安全的回到飯店，結束兩天一夜的旅程。 這次玩得非常開心，非常推薦本次的行程！ Siampaploen: Pao car plate no.977
