按照網頁時間預定了行程也付了款，之後商家回覆此時段不行，雖然提供了其他時段供選擇，但也明確告知其他時段都不行。 回台灣許久也不處理退款，線上及email聯絡KKday客服也不回覆，客服電話也沒人接。 我不知道是商家還是kkday系統的問題，但預定的訂單無法執行是否就應該明確的退款，消費者雖然弱勢也不能這樣吧。 實在沒想到KKday這麼大的公司會這樣，有人可以建議我怎麼處理嗎？
