甜點師傅是用日文授課，停不懂也沒關係，有中文介紹單（這次是秋季）和電視螢幕播放操作步驟，食材都是半成品，只需負責組裝整型，總共做四種和菓子大約是一個小時。 店舖樓下有販售很多日本和菓子，這次剛好遇到限定版栗子羊羹，沒那麼甜很好吃。

現場是按照方案安排位子，做越前面的是方案越多的，比方說含抹茶方案的安排，但還好，雖然只有英文跟日文說明，照著做還是能有大概的樣子出來，現場就吃完了，三個外帶盒是多買的，但對方只會請你付錢，所以外帶盒還是自己帶走了。

Sensei Fumiko is very nice. She taught me how to cook like a Japanese. She is very encouraging and pleasant to learn from. It was a rainy morning and I was lost. Relieved to see her greeting me from downstairs. She even got the same bag as I do - what a kindred spirit 😘
