Who Can Write for KKday?
Anyone passionate about travel can submit their stories to be featured on our blog. You don’t need to have your own blog to participate – although if you do, we’ll gladly link back to it!
We welcome:
- Inspiring travel tales from big international adventures or small local getaways.
- First-hand experiences that include practical travel tips, in-depth adventure insights, and detailed budget breakdowns.
Guidelines for Guest Posts

- Original Content: Submissions must be original and unpublished elsewhere, be it online or in print versions. Rewritten pieces are welcome, as long as they’re sufficiently different from the initial version.
- SEO: Do ensure the submitted content is SEO optimized, with an indication of focus keywords, and subheaders (H2, H3, H4, etc).
- Word Count: Articles should be at least 1500 words.
- Format: Upload the full article to Google Docs. Do also include image source links and other outgoing links within the article.
- Photography: Include at least four original, landscape-oriented photographs. Original, unedited files are preferred in jpeg/png formats. Photos may be used to create social media graphics for Facebook, Instagram, or YouTube using KKday’s branding.
- Links: You may include 1–2 links to related blog posts, provided they are relevant to your story.
- Videos: Feel free to include IG videos/posts or YouTube videos for added flair.
- Bio & Profile: Send a profile picture, a short bio, and links to your blog or social media profiles.
- Tone: You are welcome to maintain your unique voice in your writing, but kindly avoid using profanity. Maintain a friendly and informative tone throughout. Whenever possible, include first-hand tips to offer valuable insights and help our readers discover the best adventures.
- Spelling: Please use US spelling throughout your writing, rather than UK spelling.
