So, you’ve finally booked your family’s plane tickets to the Lion City and have decided to spend a day or two (or more!) at Resorts World Sentosa. But then it hits you: Planning your much-awaited grand getaway trip isn’t as easy as you thought it would be. In fact, it’s quite overwhelming because there’s just so much to do in Singapore’s world-class lifestyle destination resort!

To help you brush stress off your shoulders, we crafted this nifty guide featuring the best sights and experiences in Resorts World Sentosa:

 

Getting There (Public Transportation)

Resorts World Sentosa is located at 8 Sentosa Gateway, Sentosa Island, which is accessible by a number of ways. Assuming your point of entry would be Universal Studios, here are your options:

By Bus:

Take any of the following buses: 65, 80, 93, 188, 855, 10, 30, 97, 100, 131, 143, 145 or 166, and step down at VivoCity. Hop on bus RWS8 from bus stop 14141 at VivoCity or bus stop 14121 at Merrill Lynch, HarbourFront. Alight at Resorts World Sentosa drop-off point.

Take any of the following buses: 123, 188R, 963R, NR1 or NR6, and step down at Resorts World Sentosa bus stop 14519. Enter via The Forum and turn left. Take the escalator going up to one level. Keep left and walk until you see the Universal Studios Globe.

 

By MRT:

Hop on a North East Line train headed to HarbourFront. Alight at Harbourfront Station, then take the exit towards VivoCity Mall. Go to Level 3, then walk to Lobby L. Purchase tickets to board the monorail (4SGD or 3USD). Step down at Waterfront Station and follow the signs pointing to Universal Studios. 

 

Alternatively, you may book a cheap and hassle-free transfer from the airport if you’ve chosen to stay in any of the hotels within Resorts World Sentosa or opt to purchase a discounted Universal Studios ticket that comes with a roundtrip shuttle service.

Southeast Asia’s first and only Universal Studios theme park, it features 24 rides, shows, and attractions in seven themed zones.
