• Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session?

Yes! It is recommended that you arrive 10 minutes before the time stated on your ticket.

• What happens if I arrive late?

No refunds or exchanges will be available for customers who arrive late and do not inform Kulnari Mystery Golf (you can contact us here) at least 6 hours before their booking time. Late arrivals will be admitted at the discretion of the Kulnari Mystery Golf Staff.

Late arrivals must wait for an available time slot that will not disrupt the experience of the other on-time guest.

• How is the admission managed if I arrive in a group of more than 5 players?

For groups with more than 5 players, entry time will be staggered with a 5 minutes interval to ensure a smooth and immersive experience without crowding.

• Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed?

No animals are permitted at the venue, including service animals.

• Is the venue accessible?

No, unfortunately the venue is not wheelchair accessible. As our building is protected by heritage protection regulations, we cannot make structural changes to the facade/architecture of the space. We regret that we are unable to make the premises wheelchair accessible. Please note that guests need to walk up at least 1 flight of stairs to access the minigolf space.

• What are the prohibited items at the experience?

Any dangerous items (e.g. knives, matches) are not permitted at the venue.

• Is the experience accessible for deaf people?

Yes! We provide printed instructions and clue sheets at each hole, which allow deaf guests to fully engage with the mystery and gameplay. However, please note that our staff are not trained in sign language. If you’re visiting with someone who may need assistance, we recommend coming with a companion who can help facilitate communication if needed. We're happy to accommodate where we can — just let us know in advance.

• What accessibility options do we have for someone visually impaired?

Due to the immersive and visual nature of the mini golf experience — which relies heavily on clues, visual storytelling, and navigating designed sets — we unfortunately do not recommend the experience for guests who are visually impaired. That said, if visiting with a companion, we’re happy to accommodate where possible and encourage you to reach out to us in advance so we can better assist your visit.

• Will there be strobe lights?

Yes, strobe lights could be deployed at certain parts of the mini golf course.

• Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the experience/exhibition?

During the game, no chairs will be available. Chairs are only available at the bar and restaurant, which is not located within the mini golf course.

• Will restrooms be available on site?

This venue has restrooms — please ask our staff on site for indications.

• Can I take photos or record the experience?

Feel free to take photos and share them. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment and tripods are not permitted.

• Is there a Lost & Found?

We would recommend asking the staff at the venue if they have found your belongings. If you cannot ask them on site, please contact us here.

• Is coat check available?

Unfortunately, this venue has no coat check.

• Is there an age requirement?

Our course is only suited for children above the age of 5. Children below the age of 12 will need to be accompanied by a paying adult (18 years and older). We will not allow participants with babies or toddlers below the age of 5. Alcohol will only be served to guests above 18 years.

• Will there be an audio guide?

Unfortunately, this experience does not include an audio guide.
