Unlimited rides for 7/14/21 days on all JR routes, including Shinkansen, Limited Express, Express Train, and rapid or local trains, as well as local and some express JR Bus, and JR-WEST Miyajima ferry

  • Validity Period: The intended date of use must be specified at the time of redemption (a date within 30 days from the redemption date). The consecutive usage of 7 / 14 / 21 days will commence from the first day of actual usage
  • For seat reservations, please present your JR pass at the green counters or green ticketing machines. Reservation is only available after JR Pass is redemeed. For more reservation details, please see the official website
  • Scope of Validity:
    1) All JR Group Railways-Shinkansen bullet trains (except for any reserved or non-reserved seat on “NOZOMI” and “MIZUHO” trains), limited express trains, express trains, and rapid or local trains, and the BRT (With some exceptions)
    2) Tokyo Monorail
    3) Aoimori Railway services between Aomori and Hachinohe (but only for travel on local or rapid service trains passing through the stops between Hachinohe and Aomori, Aomori and Noheji, and Hachinohe and Noheji. The fare is not covered if you disembark at any other station on the Aoimori Railway line other than Aomori, Noheji, and Hachinohe)
    4) The IR Ishikawa Railway Line between Kanazawa and Tsubata but only on local or limited express trains and only onboard and offboard at the two terminal stations. The fare is not covered if you disembark at any station along the IR Ishikawa Railway line

Voucher Redemption Period

  • Valid for redemption within 3month(s) from the date of issue; Invalid after expiration
  • Valid for exchange within 3 months after the date of issue. Please refer to "DATE OF ISSUE 発行月日" on the voucher

Cancellation Policy

  • MCO vouchers that have not been exchanged for physical tickets can be refunded within 12 months from the issue date by contacting KKday Customer Service. A 10% cancellation fee based on the ticket value will be charged. Refunds or reissues are not available for lost, stolen, or partially used vouchers.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
