– Entry Method and Ticket Use –

  • Travelers who purchase this e-ticket must present the QR code on a smartphone for scanning upon entry. Please do not print the e-ticket.
  • Each guest must hold one ticket and display it on their smartphone screen for the machine at the entrance to scan.
  • If a guest re-enters the park on the same day, they must present the same ticket used for the initial entry.

– Scope of Use and Notes –

  • Park tickets are subject to dynamic pricing. Please check the ticket price for your chosen date before purchasing.
    ※ Children under 3 years old can enter for free.
  • All attractions and shows may change or suspend operations due to weather or other factors without prior notice.
  • This ticket is valid only on regular operating days and cannot be used during special park hours.
  • Guests must enter the specified park on the date printed on the e-ticket. Changing the date or park is not allowed.

– Order Changes and Cancellation Policy –

  • If you need to cancel or change your order after booking, including 1) number of guests, 2) ticket type, 3) park, 4) entry date, please log in to your account, go to Order Management, and select the relevant order and click Contact Customer Service; our KKday support team will be happy to assist you. The ticket counters located within the park are unable to process cancellations, refunds, or changes.
  • If visitors fail or are unable to enter the designated park on the specified admission date, the ticket will not be valid for entry, even within its validity period. Tickets that have expired are considered invalid and cannot be changed or refunded.
  • Changes or cancellations made 15 days or more before the specified entry date are free of service fees. For cancellations or changes made between 14 days before the entry date and the ticket’s valid period, a service fee of 200 JPY per ticket will be charged.

– Tokyo Disney Resort 1-Day Park Hopper Passport (Limited Time) –

  • Guests can choose one park to enjoy until 11:00 AM (either Tokyo Disneyland or Tokyo DisneySea), and from 11:00 AM onwards, freely travel between the two parks for the rest of the day.
  • When purchasing, guests must specify the park they will visit before 11:00 AM. Daily ticket sales are limited for each park.
  • Tickets may sell out under other passport sales or may be re-released without prior notice. Please check the official website for details.
  • Each time you leave or move between parks, please inform the staff at the exit. Staff will scan your ticket to process re-entry. Guests must hold the ticket each time they move between parks or re-enter.
