Before installing the eSIM, please make sure you are connected to WiFi or mobile network to scan the QR Code or enter manually to join the mobile plan. (After updating your iPhone to iOS 17, you can directly click "Open Photos" to scan the QR Code of the image in your phone to install it)
Please install according to the instructions. Do not exit the screen during the process to avoid the phone misjudging and deleting the eSIM plan
A QR code can only be scanned once with one mobile phone and cannot be changed after binding
If an error message is displayed after scanning, it does not mean that esim is invalid. Please restart your phone and go to the mobile service page to check whether esim has been bound to your phone, or contact customer service for assistance. Do not scan other QR codes without authorization to cause repeated binding and esim invalidation.
Please be sure to activate the eSIM within 30 days of receiving it. Please activate and use it within the validity period. If you exceed the expiration date, you will not be able to refund or extend the period.
Please delete the description file on iPhone (check steps: Settings -> General -> Device Management, scroll to the bottom, if there is no description file, it means it is normal) to avoid problems with smooth use.
If the eSIM plan is not fully used or the plan is deleted without the approval of the customer service staff, no reissue or refund will be made.
The day you scan the QR Code counts as the first day of use. It is recommended to scan the code and install it before departure or after arriving at the destination to avoid premature activation affecting your usage rights. A day counts after midnight Taiwan time (GMT+8), not a 24-hour system.
Please make sure your phone and its operating system support the eSIM function before purchasing. If you cancel the order due to device incompatibility, no refund will be given.
The quality of telecommunications networks in different countries varies. The base station construction is not as dense as in Taiwan. The regionality and telecommunications construction of each country are different. We are sorry that we cannot request a refund due to the signal conditions in a few areas. If you encounter a poor signal, you can manually switch telecom operators. To switch operators: Network selection/telecom operator>Auto close>After searching, you will have different operators to choose from
If you cannot use it when you arrive at your destination, please contact LINE customer service. We cannot provide after-sales service after you return home.
This product uses international roaming IP, some apps may not be available due to IP location (ex: tiktok/TikTok/Alipay/Amap/Meituan/Mini Program/ChatGPT...etc).
