■ When visiting Lotte World Busan, Magic Pass (Fast Track) can be purchased separately. 

     Magic Pass available for on-site purchase: 2 types (15,000 KRW) / 4 types (27,000 KRW).

■ Transportation Card Functionality

The transportation card function is only available with the physical card. Mobile pass products do not include the transportation card function.

Public transportation (buses, taxis, subways) cannot be used.

1. Time-limited type

• 24- or 48-hour options available
• The pass is activated from the time you first enter an attraction, for example, if you visit the first attraction for free at 9:00 am on January 1 with the 24-hour Visit Busan Pass, you can enjoy the free pass benefit until 8:59 am on January 2

2. Quantity-limited type

• Big3: You can choose a total of 3 attractions: 1 from Group A (Purple) and 2 from Group B (Blue)

• Big5: You can choose a total of 5 attractions: 2 from Group A (Purple) and 3 from Group B (Blue)

• BIG3 and BIG5 passes are valid for 180 days when you first use them. For example, if you use the BIG3 pass at Lotte World Adventure Busan, you cannot use other attractions in the same Group A (purple).

• The physical card can be used as a transportation card (EZL). Top up to use it for the subway. It can be used semi-permanently across the country before, during and after the pass validity period

Step 1 : Show your pass at the official Visit Busan Pass counter located on the 2nd floor of Busan Station to receive your ticket for the City Tour Bus.

Step 2 : After redeeming your ticket, go to the 1st floor boarding area. show your ticket and board the bus.

1. If I have VISIT BUSAN PASS, can I get into attractions right away without visiting the ticket office?
   No, you need to present your Card Pass (or KKDAY QRcode) Mobile Pass) at the ticket office to issue an actual ticket for admission.
   
2. Can I change the pick-up place after booking? (Card version)
   Yes, feel free to visit any pick-up place on the list without adjusting the voucher.
   Please contact Customer Service(+82 1660 1122) to confirm the physical card stock before visiting the pick-up place. 
3. Can I change the pick-up date after booking? (Card version)
   Yes, you may pick up VISIT BUSAN PASS any date during the redemption period without adjusting the voucher.
4. Is it available to active the teenager / children functionality for transportation card? (Card version)
   Yes, please visit the convenient stores and provide the birth date along with passport to active the teenager / children functionality.
5. How do I get a refund for the charged amount on the transportation card? (Card version)
   Please visit the LCOA Mobility website.
