Arrival at the destination may be delayed due to road and weather conditions. The bus service will not issue refunds or other forms of compensation if the trip is delayed due to such causes
Passengers can bring handbags for free under the following conditions: • The weight does not exceed 10 kg • The total volume does not exceed 0.125 cubic meters • The bag length is 1.5 meters or less • Please note the bus staff may restrict the amount of luggage you can bring if it blocks the aisles and emergency exits • Pets are allowed but must be kept in cages.
