General Terms and Conditions
- Promotion is limited and is on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the maximum number of checkouts has been reached, the promo codes will no longer be available and the promotion package will not be able to be selected any longer.
- There will be no reissuing of any promo codes once a purchase is made using our campaign codes regardless of any cancellation from either users or merchants, users missing out on the limited checkouts or any wrongly input information such as personal info or booking dates and information.
- There will be no refunds if users do not include the said promo code or check that there is a deduction after a promo code is applied and proceed to checkout while paying the full price.

- The Tiq x KKday Travel Thursday Campaign 2025 is organized by Tiq by Etiqa Insurance Pte. Ltd. and KKday Singapore Pte. Ltd. It runs from 7 September 2025 to 18 September 2025 and is open to Singapore citizens, Permanent Residents, and foreigners with valid passes such as Work Pass, Student Pass, Dependant’s Pass, or Long-Term Visit Pass. The campaign offers promotions on Tiq Travel Insurance, where customers can enjoy up to S$30 in savings. Specifically, spending a minimum of S$100 on KKday will earn you a S$15 discount on Tiq Travel Insurance (Tiq Travel Voucher), and purchasing Tiq Travel Insurance will give you a S$15 discount on KKday (KKday Voucher).
- To redeem these discounts, customers must use the promotion code KKDAYTIQ when purchasing Tiq Travel Insurance. The Tiq Travel Voucher will be emailed by KKday after a minimum spend of S$100 on their platform and must be used before 31 December 2025. The KKday Voucher will be issued after successfully purchasing Tiq Travel Insurance and not canceling the policy within 7 days. This voucher must be used by 30 September 2025 for bookings valid until 31 December 2025. Both vouchers are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be extended.
- Customers who cancel their insurance policy after receiving the KKday Voucher may have the voucher value deducted from their refund. Those renewing existing policies are not eligible for the vouchers. This promotion can be combined with ongoing online insurance promotions but cannot be used with other discounts, coupons, or privileges unless otherwise stated.
- Etiqa reserves the right to determine eligibility, modify the terms, or replace the vouchers without prior notice. Any disputes related to the vouchers must be resolved directly with the respective merchant (KKday or Etiqa). By participating in the campaign, customers consent to Etiqa collecting and using their personal data for processing and marketing purposes.
