- Ticket purchase must be made using a credit/debit card issued in Singapore by one of 8 participating banks.
- This promotion is only valid with Singapore as the country of departure.
- This promotion is valid for Taipei, Japan, South Korea, China, Hong Kong, Macau, Amsterdam, London, Milan, Munich, Paris, Vienna, Chicago, Dallas-Fort Worth, Houston, Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, Seattle, Vancouver, Toronto and Brisbane as destination cities.
- This promotion is valid on EVA Air operated flights only. For itineraries containing segments operated by partner airlines, the airfare discount will only apply to segments operated by EVA Air.
- This promotion is not valid in conjunction with other promotions, unless otherwise stated.
- Cash + mile redemptions are not eligible for this promotion.
- Open jaw/multi-city itineraries and stopovers lasting more than 24 hours are not eligible for this promotion.
- Applicable for adult, child & infant fares.
- The discount will be 5% for round-trips and 2.5% for one-way trips.
- Discount applies to airfare only. Airline fuel and insurance surcharge, passenger security charge, air navigation service charge and other taxes and levies are not included.
- Booking Service Charge: Standard USD 25 per ticket without any discount. Tickets issued for special services including stretcher, extra seat, etc.; will also be applicable for this charge.
- Refund(s) and change(s) will be subjected to the relevant penalties.
- Fares may change due to currency fluctuations. Seats subject to availability at point of booking and confirmed upon payment.

General Terms & Conditions
- KKday prize codes are not valid on Black Listed Vouchers.
- Promotion is limited and is on a first-come, first-served basis. Once the maximum number of checkouts has been reached, the promo codes will no longer be available and the promotion package will not be able to be selected any longer.
- All individual prizes' terms and conditions apply, as stated on the individual prize cards.
- There will be no reissuing of any prize codes once a purchase is made using our regardless of any cancellation from either users or merchants, users missing out on the limited checkouts or any wrongly input information such as personal info or booking dates and information.
- There will be no refunds if users do not include the said prize code or check that there is a deduction after a prize code is applied and proceed to checkout while paying the full price.
- Product prices may vary due to real-time exchange rates and seasons, please refer to the actual checkout amount when booking.

- For itinerary products, KKday will reply to your order result on the designated working day after receiving your order. If the trip cannot be made due to full capacity or force majeure, the customer service staff will notify you.
