The first child car seat is provided for free. For any subsequent seats, please pay JP¥2000 per seat to the driver on-site
Overtime charges apply if the vehicle is used beyond the allotted 10 hours
• 5-, 6- & 9-seaters: JPY 5,000 per hour, calculated in full-hour increments for any period exceeding 30 minutes
• 13-, 18- & larger vehicles: JPY 5,000 per 30 mins, calculated in 30mins increments for any period exceeding 15 minutes
• The driver will advise the return time based on map guidance, and guests are responsible for all overtime charges caused by traffic or other delays on the day of travel
If your itinerary includes a stop at the Mt. Fuji 5th Station, an additional access fee applies (≈ JP¥2,060-4,700, depending on vehicle type).
If your pick-up/drop-off area is outside the 23 wards of Tokyo, an cross-district service fee applies (the fee varies depending on the location)
• If you are staying in areas such as Hakone/Fuji, approximately 2 hours of driver travel time will be deducted.
• If passengers choose to get ff at Izu and not return to their Tokyo hotel, the vehicle will stop at Shin-Fuji Station.
• For medium-sized vehicles with 13 or more seats, the round-trip travel time is approximately 2 hours, resulting in an actual service time of 7 hours.
• We advised using the suggested route. If your itinerary involves stops of different routes (see examples below), a cross-district service fee applies: Hakone area + Mt. Fuji area, or Mt. Fuji area + Kamakura area, or Hakone area + Yokohama area.

For multi-day continuous charters outside Tokyo, an overnight driver fee of JPY 15,000 applies
The amounts listed for highway tolls, attraction fees, and parking are estimates only. The actual amount payable will be based on real-time usage and on-site quotes. (A receipt will be provided on the day of service.)
Highway tolls for both the outbound and return trips must be paid in cash to the driver, based on the receipts provided by the driver.

According to the Japanese Land Transport Bureau regulations, 13-seater and 18-seater vehicles have a full-day service limit of 9 hours
According to Japanese Land Transport Bureau regulations, drivers of 13-seater and 18-seater vehicles are required to take a 15-minute break every 2 hours of driving. This break time is included in the itinerary
For 13-seater and 18-seater vehicles, service hours are 8:00 am–8:00 pm, with a maximum overtime of 1 hour
If guests purchase both airport transfer and a day tour, the day tour cannot be rescheduled and no refund will be issued in the event of flight delays, cancellations, or other reasons prevent participation of the day tour
For pick-ups or drop-offs outside of Tokyo city, the time driver spent getting there and back without passengers onboard will be deducted from the total service time. For the Mt.
