Purchase Notice
1. The time allowed for choosing Hanbok is 30 minutes. If the time exceeds, the exceeding time will be included in the rental hours.
2. You can try on Hanbok up to two times.
3. If the rental time exceeds, additional charges will be incurred as follows.
- Basic Hanbok: 1,000 KRW per 10 minutes (1 person)
- Theme Hanbok: 2,000 KRW per 10 minutes (1 person)
4. If the hanbok is damaged or heavily soiled, an extra charge may be incurred. Please be careful.
5. Hanbok size is available from (44 ~ 100) for women and from (90 ~ 120) for men.
- Women's sizes: XS, S, M, L, XL, 2XL, 3XL
- Men's sizes: S, M, L, 2XL, 3XL
6. Traditional Hanbok is different from Theme Hanbok! Please be careful when choosing hanbok!
- Traditional Hanbok: Classic designs featuring bold, vibrant colors.
- Theme Hanbok: Elaborate designs featuring a variety of colorful patterns.
7. You must bring your ID card with you.
8. If you booked 1 Day Rental, you must return Hanbok and accessories before the closing (18:00) of the shop.
9. Sizes for Hanbok are prepared from 12 months old infants.

How to Use
1. Select your preferred option and complete your purchase.
2. Check your voucher sent via mobile or email.
3. Visit on any date of your choice within 90 days of purchase.
4. Present your voucher at the counter for verification, leave your ID as a deposit, and receive your locker key.
5. Store your belongings in the locker and change into your hanbok in the changing room.

- Cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
