👉 We will contact you via text message or notification to suggest alternative available tee times.
👉 If you wish to use the suggested alternative tee time, please confirm within 10 minutes. (Due to real-time booking, confirmation after 10 minutes may result in unavailability.)
👉 Once you confirm the alternative tee time, the final booking will be processed, and cancellation fees will apply thereafter. (If you do not wish to proceed, please request a cancellation. It will be canceled without any cancellation fees.)

● When playing as a group of 2, you may be joined with another team; a private round for 2 cannot be guaranteed.
● Please enter the English names of all travelers as they appear on their passports when booking.
● Tee-time confirmation and customer support after booking will be provided in Korean (for Korean nationals) or English (for other nationalities).
● The tee time provided is based on real-time availability; you must confirm the booking within 10 minutes to finalize it.
● Please check in 30 minutes before your tee time. Present the passports of all members in your group upon check-in at the golf course.
● Please write your name in English on your golf bag name tag before departure.
● The golf course used may be subject to change depending on local conditions on the day of play.
● Due to golf course policies or local conditions, booked tee times may be changed, moved earlier, or delayed without prior notice (tee times may be delayed, especially during the peak winter season in Southeast Asian golf courses). Refunds or cancellations due to these changes are not accepted.
● If you are unable to complete the round due to personal reasons, refunds or rescheduling are not available.

Cancellation and refund business days: Monday-Friday 09:00-18:00 / Closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Cancellations made outside of business hours will be processed based on the next business day.

[Rainy Weather and Natural Disaster Policy]
Golf courses generally continue play even in rainy weather.
In most cases, squall-like rain is temporary, allowing players to wait it out and continue their round. Therefore, advance cancellation and green fee refunds due to rain are not available.
Please ensure you arrive at the course and follow the specific operating policies of the golf course (e.g., rain vouchers).
