- Minors under 18 years old or children must be accompanied by an adult to join the tour. Minors or children traveling alone are not permitted. If your booking includes children, please note their ages in advance when booking the tour; otherwise, they will be charged at the adult rate on-site. For the safety of pregnant travelers, you must be no more than 24 weeks pregnant by the end of the tour.
- Please provide accurate and complete information when booking, including your name, gender, and valid contact details (mobile phone is preferred for urgent notifications) to avoid booking errors that may affect your trip. You are responsible for any losses caused by providing incorrect information.
- Hotels offer different room types, such as one King/Queen bed or two Double beds. Each room can accommodate a maximum of 2 to 4 people, including adults and children. As required by some hotels, each group must carry at least one credit or debit card that can be used at the destination for security deposits and check-in procedures, subject to the hotel's specific policies. If there are no personal charges, the hotel will refund the deposit to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after check-out.
- Travelers must purchase admission tickets from the tour guide. You may not bring your own tickets or use a City Pass.
- Different vehicles and guides may serve you during the tour. Departure and tour times are for reference only and are subject to the guide's instructions. Please understand if there are any delays or changes.
- If attractions or activities are closed or unavailable due to weather conditions, they will be replaced by other attractions. Please understand that this is considered a force majeure event.
- This is a bus tour with multiple pickup points; pickup and drop-off locations may be adjusted based on the situation. Thank you for your understanding.
- Many attractions during the tour require travelers to be in good health.
- If you are unable to participate in the tour or leave during the trip due to personal reasons (e.g., lack of travel documents, flight delays, lateness, illness, or accidents), the tour fees and hotel costs already paid will not be refunded, and no other compensation will be provided.
- According to relevant laws, smoking is prohibited on the bus during the tour, and smoking is also prohibited in the vast majority of hotel rooms. Hotel cleaning staff are professionally trained, and security personnel are trained to document evidence. If you are found smoking, a cleaning fee of CAD 300 or more per night will be charged. This fee is the responsibility of the guest, and we are not liable for it. If you need to smoke, please go to the designated smoking area.
- Only one airport pickup/drop-off service is provided per booking.
- During the tour, please arrive at the pickup point at the time agreed upon by the guide. Do not be late, so as not to delay the itinerary for other travelers. If you cannot join the tour due to lateness, please make your own way to the next meeting point at your own expense. Thank you for your understanding.
- Winter temperatures in the Rocky Mountains often range from -10°C to -30°C. Please prepare a down jacket, thermal underwear, windproof gloves, a scarf, and non-slip snow boots to avoid frostbite.
- Wildlife is frequently encountered in the Rocky Mountains scenic area. Feeding animals is prohibited. Do not get out of the vehicle to watch large animals.
- Most hotels in the Rocky Mountains area are 3-4 story wooden structures, and some do not have elevators.
- For environmental protection, hotels in the Rocky Mountains area do not provide toothpaste, toothbrushes, slippers, or combs. Only body wash, shampoo, conditioner, and soap are provided.
- In accordance with North American customs, most hotel rooms are not equipped with electric kettles. If you need hot water, please ask the hotel front desk for assistance. If no kettle is provided, you may use the coffee machine to heat water. Hot drinking water is not provided in the scenic area; please prepare your own if needed before leaving the hotel.
