Notes

  • Due to time constraints, you must choose between lunch or afternoon tea; you cannot experience both. If you choose afternoon tea, lunch is not included in the itinerary.
  • Chateau lunch cannot be booked during Christmas and New Year periods; it will be replaced with a ski resort buffet.
  • From December 20 to January 2, guests not staying at the Fairmont Chateau Lake Louise will not be able to enter for dining. Please consider this before booking this product.

  • The Banff tour concludes at approximately 17:15 around sunset, with an estimated arrival time in Calgary at approximately 19:15. The exact return time is uncertain due to various factors such as the itinerary, weather, and traffic. Please consult your guide on the day of return.
  • If you require a drop-off at Calgary International Airport (YYC) at the end of the tour, please book domestic flights departing after 21:00 or international flights departing after 22:00. You are responsible for any losses resulting from return traffic delays caused by uncontrollable factors such as road conditions or weather.


Purchase Notice

  • Minors or children 17 years old and under must be accompanied by an adult. Minors or children traveling alone are not permitted to join the tour. For safety reasons, pregnant travelers must be 24 weeks pregnant or less by the end of the tour.
  • Please provide accurate and complete information when booking, including your name and valid contact details (mobile phone is preferred for urgent notifications), to avoid booking errors that may affect your trip. You are responsible for any losses caused by providing incorrect information.
  • Tour participants are not permitted to use their own tickets or City Pass.
  • The guide or driver reserves the right to adjust the order of attractions, duration of stay, or meeting times based on weather, traffic, or other conditions to ensure the tour proceeds smoothly.
  • If an attraction is temporarily closed and cannot be visited, the guide's arrangements for the day will prevail. Any impact on the itinerary due to force majeure is beyond our control.
  • Many attractions on this itinerary require participants to be in good physical health.
  • If you are unable to participate in the tour or choose to withdraw during the trip due to personal reasons (e.g., lack of travel documents, flight delays, lateness, illness, accidents), the tour fee already paid will not be refunded, and no other compensation will be provided.
  • To ensure the tour runs smoothly, travelers are responsible for strictly adhering to the meeting times provided by the guide. The vehicle will depart without waiting if you are more than 10 minutes late.
  • Departure and tour times are for reference only and are subject to the guide's instructions. Please understand that delays or changes may occur.
  • Smoking is prohibited on the vehicle during the tour.
  • Pets and animals are not allowed on the tour.
  • This is a shared bus tour. Please understand that pickup and drop-off points may be adjusted based on the situation.

Reminders

  • A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 2 day(s) before the departure date
