- Service hours are 07:00-21:00. For other time slots, please note your request when booking for confirmation.
- If you require a customized route, please note it when booking. It will be effective after confirmation by Customer Support (on-site route changes are not accepted).
- Free pickup and drop-off at hotels or B&Bs within Tokyo. The service is available within a 300 km radius from Tokyo hotels.
- For locations outside the service area, or for pickup/drop-off at Disneyland, Urayasu, or Haneda Airport, an additional fee of JPY 5,000-10,000 applies.

If you leave the tour group midway, the transaction will be considered void, and no refund will be provided. You are responsible for any personal or property safety risks resulting from leaving the group.

If the group size is small, a vehicle with a driver-guide providing basic commentary will be used. Please note that this is a shared tour, and other guests will be traveling with you. The vehicle cannot stop at locations other than the designated attractions.

However, in the event of special circumstances such as traffic congestion, bad weather, crowds, or other force majeure, the company reserves the right to change the itinerary to ensure traveler safety and tour efficiency.
According to Japanese law, the maximum working time for drivers is 10 hours. To ensure driver safety and tour stability, the itinerary may be adjusted based on actual conditions, including reducing time at attractions or canceling certain sites. No refunds will be provided for such adjustments. We appreciate your understanding and support.
