1. This is a private day tour from Osaka to Kyoto. It is a private vehicle service and will not be shared with other travelers.

2. Please provide the correct departure date, pickup time, pickup location, number of passengers, and luggage count at the time of booking.

3. The tour duration is calculated from the scheduled pickup time and includes time for sightseeing, travel, meals, and waiting. The actual service duration depends on the selected package.

4. Popular attractions in Kyoto are widely spread out, so we recommend planning your route in advance. The suggested itinerary is for reference only; actual arrangements will be adjusted based on traffic conditions, attraction opening hours, and the tour duration.

5. This service includes a private vehicle and driver; it does not include a professional tour guide.

6. The driver will head to the agreed location based on your booking details. If the hotel entrance is inaccessible or there is traffic control, we will coordinate a pickup at a nearby legal parking area.

7. Please arrange the number of passengers and luggage according to the selected vehicle type and package rules. Please inform us in advance if you are carrying large luggage, strollers, or special items.

8. Children are counted as passengers. If you require a child safety seat, please request it before booking and confirm availability.

9. Please refer to the fee details of your selected package to see if attraction tickets, meals, and personal expenses are included.

10. Delays in departure, extended stays at attractions, or last-minute route changes due to personal reasons may affect the original itinerary. If you exceed the booked tour duration, you must pay overtime fees according to the package rules.

11. In case of severe weather, road closures, traffic congestion, or temporary closure of attractions, the itinerary will be adjusted based on the actual situation.

12. Please provide valid contact information at the time of booking and keep your phone accessible on the day of the tour for any necessary communication.

During Kyoto's spring cherry blossom season, autumn foliage season, and Japanese public holidays, some popular attractions may experience traffic congestion and parking shortages. We recommend reducing the number of attractions and allowing sufficient time for sightseeing and travel to ensure a more comfortable and relaxed journey.

Child Safety Seat Rental Fee (First one is free)

To ensure a stress-free trip for families, we provide the first child safety seat free of charge.

・1st child safety seat: Free
・From the 2nd seat onwards: JPY 2,000 per seat
If you require a child safety seat, please provide the child's age, the number of passengers, and the number of seats required at the time of booking so we can confirm the appropriate seat type and vehicle configuration.

Child safety seats are limited in quantity and must be reserved in advance to confirm availability.

Charter Overtime Fees

Charter service time is calculated based on the selected package and includes driving, sightseeing, meals, and waiting time.

If the actual usage time exceeds the booked hours, an overtime fee of JPY 5,000 per hour will be charged for both the Alphard 7-seater and Hiace 10-seater.

Overtime of less than 30 minutes is calculated as half an hour, with a charge of JPY 2,500; overtime of more than 30 minutes but less than 60 minutes is calculated as 1 hour, with a charge of JPY 5,000, and so on.

If you need to extend the usage time, please confirm with the driver in advance. Overtime fees are to be paid on-site in JPY on the day.

In case of traffic congestion, the driver will suggest itinerary adjustments based on actual road conditions to try to avoid additional overtime fees.

Night and Early Morning Service Surcharge

Standard charter service hours are 07:00–22:00.

For charter services requested before 07:00 or after 22:00, a night and early morning surcharge of JPY 3,000 per hour will be applied for the time outside standard service hours.

If you require early morning or late-night service, please request it before booking, and it will be arranged upon confirmation by the supplier.

Night and early morning surcharges are separate from standard overtime fees. Actual applicability and costs will be confirmed before booking.

Itinerary Changes and Cross-Region Surcharges

Additional fees may apply if you decide to add attractions outside the originally booked service area, change the itinerary route, or request travel to areas outside of Kyoto.

All changes are subject to confirmation based on traffic conditions, remaining charter time, and the driver's availability, and will be arranged upon mutual agreement.

Special Vehicle Cleaning Fee

To maintain a clean and pleasant environment, please help keep the vehicle tidy.

If the vehicle is severely soiled due to vomiting, spilled drinks, food stains, lingering odors, or other reasons during the ride, requiring special cleaning or deodorizing, a cleaning fee will be charged. The reference fee is JPY 25,000.

If the situation involves additional professional cleaning costs, it will be handled based on the extent of the damage and relevant cleaning receipts.

No cleaning fee is charged for standard cleaning resulting from normal use.

Language-Specific Driver Surcharge

If you wish to request a driver who speaks a specific language, please make the request before booking.

If the requested language is not included in your selected package and requires separate arrangements, a language-specific surcharge may apply. Availability and the related cost will be confirmed before booking.
