Product Info

From your accommodation in Puerto Varas, we head towards the Osorno Volcano. We start by registering our ascent at the CONAF office, the regulatory body for national parks. We'll get ready, pick up our equipment, and begin our ascent.
We will walk for 3.5 hours until we reach 2,000 meters above sea level, the point where we will be equipped with all the necessary technical mountain gear and safety equipment. There will be a technical briefing on emergency response and safety during the ascent.
We'll continue ascending until we reach our final challenge, which will be to climb the final slope of ice and snow. After tackling this final adventure, we'll reach our destination, the summit of the Osorno Volcano. Here we'll have a full panoramic view and be able to see all of Llanquihue Lake, the Petrohué River, Todos los Santos Lake, Calbuco Volcano, Tronador Hill, Puntiagudo Volcano, La Picada Hill, and more. An unforgettable experience that shows the best of the area. We'll enjoy the scenery, take pictures, and appreciate the beautiful view while eating our box lunch.
After we have recovered enough energy, we will begin our descent until we reach the point where we will remove our equipment, and then continue our descent until we reach the transportation that will take us back to Puerto Varas.
