- Some activities may be difficult for those under 100 cm in height.
- Middle and high school students must present a student ID or other proof of status.
- Admission is on a first-come, first-served basis after purchasing tickets on-site; no reservation is required.
- Children in elementary school or younger must be accompanied by an adult guardian.
- Up to 5 children per adult guardian.
- Guardians cannot be swapped during the experience.
- The elderly, pregnant women, and individuals with disabilities may face restrictions; please contact the exhibition center in advance.
- Wearing pants and sneakers is recommended.
- The experience is limited to one entry. Re-entry is not permitted if you quit midway or after completing the experience.
- This is an active experience area. Please be careful of safety accidents caused by structures. We are not responsible for accidents caused by the participant's negligence.
- During peak seasons, weekends, and public holidays, there may be a wait for admission, and the venue may close early depending on the situation.
- We recommend using lockers as personal belongings may be lost or damaged.
- Strollers and outside food are not permitted / Pets are not allowed / Re-entry is not permitted after leaving.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
