Know Before You Go: Before booking, keep in mind that this is a mountain expedition in a natural and rugged environment. You must complete and sign a medical form after booking, where you'll need to report any illnesses, allergies, or ongoing medications. A prior check of personal equipment is also carried out, and the organization will define which items are suitable for the activity for safety reasons.
Know Before You Go: You'll need to be in good physical shape for the horseback ride and in excellent shape for the trek. No previous experience is needed. Personal luggage is transported by mules or horses, and the maximum weight allowed is 10 kg per person. The camps are simple, with basic amenities.
