Product Info

The Catena Zapata Experience at Estancia El Vigil is not just a visit to a winery; it's a sensory journey designed under the unmistakable hallmark of Alejandro Vigil and the elegance of the world's most admired winery.

Your trip begins worry-free with an exclusive transfer that will pick you up directly from your hotel in the central neighborhoods of Buenos Aires (Recoleta, Palermo, Puerto Madero, San Telmo, or Microcentro) and take you to the tranquility of Campana.

Upon crossing the doors of Estancia El Vigil, you'll be welcomed with the first glass in hand from the iconic Bodega Catena Zapata. From that moment on, the rush disappears. You'll begin a step-by-step guided itinerant tasting led by a bilingual host and sommelier, touring the terraces, the courtyard of the estate, and the barrel cellar as you discover the nuances of three selected labels, accompanied by exquisite welcome tapas.

The highlight of the tour awaits as you walk among the rows of more than 3,000 vines brought directly from Cuyo. There, you'll understand the passion for the terroir before sitting down at the table to enjoy a 3-course gourmet lunch.

Our cuisine pays tribute to the Zero-Kilometer philosophy: fresh ingredients from our own garden and from local producers transformed into memorable dishes (such as perfectly cooked rib-eye steak, Patagonian trout or mushroom tartare), perfectly paired with the Saint Felicien by Catena Zapata wine line, and including soft drinks and Nespresso coffee.

Unlike typical mass excursions, at El Vigil you will feel like a guest of honor in a country house where wine, gastronomy, and nature converse in complete harmony. An authentic, sustainable, and deeply Mendoza experience just steps from the capital.

After lunch and some after-dinner conversation, we will begin the return journey to drop you off comfortably at the door of your hotel.
