Beijing: Chinese Mask Painting Experience (Nuo Mask)｜China

Paint your own traditional Chinese mask from start to finish in this hands-on cultural experience.

Begin with a short introduction to the meaning and symbolism behind these expressive masks, then choose your favorite design to work on. With step-by-step guidance, you’ll bring your mask to life using bold colors and traditional painting techniques—no experience needed.

Enjoy the creative process as you paint, layer, and refine your design, turning a blank mask into something uniquely yours. This is not just a class, but a fun and immersive activity where you can relax, create, and explore a different side of Chinese culture.

At the end of the experience, your finished mask will be carefully packaged, ready for you to take home as a one-of-a-kind souvenir and lasting memory.
