We will pick you up from any hotel in Guilin at 9:30 am, first destination is Reed flute cave, it will take 30 minutes to drive and reach this cave, there are 240 metres deep in this cave, it's a “U” shape, we have to walk around 500 metres inside, it will take around 1 hour to visit it, with its location 7 kilometers northwest of the downtown of Guilin, the Reed Flute Cave is a brilliant cave marked on almost all travel itineraries. Inside this water-eroded cave is a spectacular world of various stalactites, stone pillars and rock formations created by carbonate deposition. Illuminated by colored lighting, it was reputed a natural art place.
After visiting the cave, drive for one and a half hours to Yangdi Pier. Then take a one-hour electric bamboo boat ride to Nine Horses Hill Dock, a highlight of the Li River, where the scenery resembles an artist’s masterpiece. The landscape is decorated with startling hills, steep cliffs, fantastic caves and farming villages, and is lined with bamboo. In a Chinese poem it is written: "The river is a green silk ribbon, and the hills are jade hairpins"
After the cruise, drive for 20 minutes to Xianggong Hill in Yangshuo, a renowned scenic spot offering breathtaking panoramic views of the Li River’s iconic karst landscape. At the summit, enjoy a bird’s-eye view of the "First Bend of the Li River" and the surrounding karst mountains, a scene popular with photographers capturing the misty river bends and dramatic limestone peaks.
At 7:30 pm, we'll take you to a natural theater that uses the waters of the Li River as its stage, with twelve mist-shrouded hills and the heavens as its backdrop. The hills and their reflections in the river create an ever-changing natural background. The theater is set on the river's natural islands, where valleys, hills, cool breezes, and gurgling streams all contribute to a three-dimensional sound effect. You'll have a unique experience every time you watch it. This is truly a new concept opera that integrates nature as an essential part of the performance — hence its name: "Human's Masterpiece Cooperated with the God." After the show ends, we'll return you to your hotel in Guilin at around 10:30 pm.
