Product Info

Slow down. Travel deeper. Experience the Northwest.

Leave the busy pace of Hanoi behind and journey into the mountains of Northwest Vietnam on a 4-day slow travel experience designed around nature, village life and authentic local encounters.

Rather than rushing between tourist attractions, this journey gives you time to walk through villages, stay with local families, share meals, discover traditional food and crafts, and experience the rhythm of everyday mountain life.

Travel through Ban Vat, Ngoc Chien and Nam Nghiep, meeting Thai and H’Mong communities along the way.

Your journey begins with a gentle village walk in Ban Vat, followed by a hands-on experience making Cham Cheo, a traditional Thai dipping sauce, together with a local family. Continue deeper into the mountains to Ngoc Chien, where you can explore surrounding villages by local motorbike, discover traditional bamboo and rattan crafts, and relax in the area's natural hot springs.

The journey then continues to Nam Nghiep, a remote H’Mong mountain village surrounded by Son Tra forests. Walk through the forest and village landscapes, experience local food and seasonal traditions, and, depending on the time of year, discover Son Tra blossoms or the harvest season.

This is a journey for travellers who want to slow down, travel in a small group and experience the Northwest beyond the usual tourist trail.
