Slopes and lifts may be temporarily closed due to snow accumulation, strong winds, weather conditions, or equipment maintenance. If the original itinerary cannot be carried out due to severe weather, road closures, or the resort ceasing operations, adjustments will be made based on the actual situation.
Actual open slopes and lift operations are subject to the resort's daily announcements. The itinerary schedule and content may be adjusted in case of heavy snow, strong winds, road restrictions, or lift closures.
Children must be accompanied by an adult or enrolled in a designated lesson. It is not recommended for unaccompanied children to ski or play in the snow alone.
Skiing and snow activities carry inherent risks. It is recommended that travelers purchase their own travel insurance that covers skiing activities.
Due to limited luggage space in the vehicle, each guest is generally allowed to bring one suitcase under 20 inches. If you need to bring a larger suitcase, a stroller, or other large items, please inform us in advance when booking so we can confirm vehicle space; items may not be accommodated if not confirmed in advance.
Hotel room types will be arranged based on the number of guests and availability on the day; specific room types, floors, or views cannot be guaranteed. Requests for twin or double rooms can be noted at the time of booking, and we will do our best to coordinate, but final arrangements cannot be guaranteed.
