- Experience a fully private, cinematic portrait photography session set in Tokyo, tailored just for you. Whether you are traveling solo, as a couple, with family, or with friends, we will guide you naturally through movements, positioning, and posing so you can relax and enjoy the shoot—no prior experience is necessary. The primary shooting area is Shibuya. Upon prior consultation, we can also shoot in Shinjuku, Asakusa, or other locations within Tokyo. During the day, we will utilize soft natural light, while after sunset, we will capture dramatic, cinematic shots using city lights and neon. Depending on the cherry blossom season and weather, we may also be able to offer seasonal cherry blossom photography. There are five private plans available, ranging from 45 minutes to 3 hours, including dedicated late-night plans. After the shoot, the selected photos will be professionally edited and delivered in full resolution via a private online gallery within 14 days. RAW files and unedited photos are not provided. The session can be conducted in English, Japanese, or Polish. ~ Experience Flow ~ ① Meeting & Brief Check We will meet at the pre-determined location and briefly confirm the route and any special requests before starting the shoot. ② Guided Photo Walk We will walk through your chosen Tokyo area and take photos at various spots. Throughout the shoot, the photographer will guide you on natural movements, positioning, and posing. ③ Multiple Backgrounds & Locations Depending on your plan duration, we will shoot using different backgrounds, angles, and lighting conditions. Longer plans allow for more locations and variety. ④ End of Shoot The session ends once the time for your selected plan is up. Afterward, the photos will be professionally edited and delivered via a private online gallery within 14 days.

- Question 5: Please let us know if you do not want your finished photos used in my portfolio, website, or social media.
Regarding Cancellations:
- We generally do not cancel shoots due to rain or heavy rain. Only in cases of dangerous strong winds, typhoons, major weather warnings, or other situations where it is unsafe to shoot, the photographer may decide to cancel or reschedule. If the photographer cancels for safety reasons, we will offer to reschedule or provide a refund.
Notes for Participation:
- - Please arrive at the designated meeting point on time. If you are late, the available shooting time may be reduced. If you are more than 20 minutes late, the shoot may be canceled without a refund. - Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. - We will be shooting while walking in public areas, so please follow safety instructions during the shoot.

Clothing and Personal Items: Please wear whatever makes you feel comfortable and confident. Comfortable shoes are recommended. You are welcome to bring props or additional outfits for changing if you wish. In case of rain, please bring appropriate rain gear.
Rental Items: No rental items are required, and no rental equipment is provided. The photographer will provide all professional photography equipment needed for the shoot.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
