Purchase Notice
Please confirm the following at booking:
- Passenger name — must match the traveller’s passport exactly
- Date of birth — used to verify eligibility for Adult / Youth / Senior fare
- Passport number (or national ID for European residents) — required for pass generation
Please choose the correct validity (3, 4, 5, 6 or 8 travel days) and class (1st or 2nd) at booking. Changes after purchase are subject to Rail Europe policy.

Surcharge(s)
Seat reservations
Compulsory seat reservations are required on high-speed EIP Pendolino, EIC, and most IC trains in Poland, as well as on international trains and overnight services. These reservations are not included in your pass and must be purchased separately via the Rail Planner app or at Polish train stations.

Reminders
If your journey crosses into neighbouring countries, ensure you hold valid visas for all countries traversed, even if you don't disembark the train.
Pass must be activated within 11 months after purchase, before the first travel, via the Rail Planner app.
Travel days can be used freely within one month from the 1st date of validity indicated on your pass.
Seat/bed reservations for mandatory bookable trains still need to be purchased separately and are an additional cost.
Discounts available: Senior for passengers 60+ / Youth for passengers under 28 / Children 4-11 free (max 2 per paying adult / youth / senior).
How to Use
- After purchase you will receive a Rail Europe order confirmation with your Mobile Pass ID.
- Download the free Rail Planner app (iOS / Android) and enter your Mobile Pass ID to add the pass.
- Choose your 1st date of validity. You must activate within 11 months of purchase and before your first journey.
- Once activated, use travel days freely within one month by adding each journey to your trip in the app.
- Show the QR code in the Rail Planner app to conductors during ticket checks.
Validity Period

Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least 0 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 15% will apply
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
