1. Minors under 18 or children must be accompanied by an adult to join the tour; unaccompanied minors or children are not permitted to participate.
2. For the safety of pregnant guests, those who are no more than 24 weeks pregnant at the end of the tour may join.
3. Hotels offer various room types, such as a room with one King/Queen bed or two Double beds. We guarantee the number of rooms but cannot guarantee specific room types or locations. Requests for specific bed types are not accepted and arrangements are subject to availability.
4. The tour does not accept or assist with room sharing among strangers. Please book the room type and quantity corresponding to the actual number of travelers.
5. Each hotel has different policies for collecting deposits (usually via credit card). Guests are required to cooperate with the hotel's specific regulations.
6. Smoking is prohibited on the tour bus. Most hotel rooms are also non-smoking. Hotel cleaning staff are professionally trained, and security personnel will document evidence. If smoking is detected, guests will be responsible for cleaning fees. If you need to smoke, please use designated smoking areas.
7. Pets and animals are not allowed on the tour.
8. This is a group tour. If you choose to leave the tour midway, please notify us in advance and obtain the tour guide's consent. You must sign a departure agreement. The unfinished portion of the tour will be considered as your voluntary withdrawal, and no refund will be provided.
9. Guests may not use their own tickets or City Pass.
10. During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver reserves the right to adjust the order of attractions, duration of stay, or meeting times based on weather, traffic, or other conditions to ensure the smooth operation of the itinerary.
11. In the event of temporary attraction closures or holiday closures, the tour guide will adjust the itinerary to include exterior views or alternative attractions to ensure a rich experience. Opening hours and traffic control at attractions and national parks may change; please understand that these are force majeure factors.
12. To ensure a smooth and complete itinerary, guests are responsible for strictly adhering to the meeting times provided by the tour guide. If you are more than ten minutes late, the bus will depart without you. We cannot guarantee on-time arrival at pickup/drop-off locations due to uncontrollable factors such as weather, traffic, mechanical failure, strikes, government shutdowns, war, or terrorist attacks. We are not responsible for any inconvenience or additional costs (such as flights, trains, buses, or other travel expenses) resulting from such delays.
13. Children under eight years old must use a safety seat, with a rental fee of USD$10.00/person/day. Please be sure to note this when booking so we can prepare in advance. Any fines resulting from failure to notify us will be the guest's responsibility. If a large bus is used on the day of travel, safety seats are not required, and the fee will be refunded.
14. You may be transferred to a different vehicle and assigned a different tour guide or driver during the trip.
15. The following tips will help you check in faster: Please carry a valid photo ID and present a printed or electronic copy of your itinerary.
16. Please note that the autumn foliage viewing experience may vary due to natural climate conditions.

A minimum of 2 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 2 day(s) before the departure date
