Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- Depending on the wind direction and speed, the activity may be postponed or canceled. If a cancellation is decided, a representative will contact you by phone or email the day before or on the day of the activity.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- ★If any of the following apply to you, we may refuse your participation in this plan, or require a doctor's certificate, for your safety. Please consult with us in advance. ・Those taking medication ・Those with heart or brain disease, epilepsy, etc. (symptoms such as sudden loss of consciousness) ・Those currently receiving treatment for high blood pressure, diabetes, or arrhythmia ・Those with asthma, pneumothorax, or other respiratory illnesses (excluding those cured in childhood or childhood asthma) ・Those with a history of illness in the nose or ears, or those currently receiving treatment ・Those who are currently pregnant or may be pregnant *Drinking alcohol on the day of the event is strictly prohibited. We may also refuse your participation if you are hungover from drinking the day before. Please understand in advance. ★If you do not participate in this plan due to any oversight of the above items, you will be charged a same-day cancellation fee.
Other special notes:
- Please allow ample time for your participation, as service times may vary slightly depending on ocean conditions, the number of reservations, and the time required for customer preparation and equipment usage.

Ages of participation: 10 to 70 years old
Regarding clothing and belongings: Please come dressed in swimwear. Basic equipment rental fees are included in the price.
Regarding rental equipment: A complete set of equipment used for the activity (free of charge)

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–7 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
