Enjoy a personalized tour of 2 of Traverse City’s best Old Mission Peninsula wineries and 2 of Traverse City's best breweries, sampling drinks at four fantastic locations. Don't get all dressed up and get on an old, tired, converted school bus. Our guests don't have to walk miles to a park; book and get picked up in downtown Traverse City!

Choose from convenient tour times, allowing you to choose the schedule that fits your day. This is NOT your typical basic bus tour—it’s a VIP experience with guides who are true experts in the local beverage scene.

Tracy, Kyle, and Andie are your knowledgeable hosts, ready to share their extensive knowledge of Traverse City’s finest wine, beers, brews, mixed drinks, and spirits.

Sip and savor local drinks with expert recommendations at each stop. You’ll also have the opportunity to purchase glasses, growlers, bottles, and merchandise from the wineries and breweries you visit.

While drink samples are included in the tour, tastings, beers, drinks, and food are available for purchase but not included in the price. This semi-private tour combines groups of smaller parties, with groups of 6-7 guests most likely enjoying exclusive use of a private GMC Yukon for the tour. For bigger groups, we use more than one vehicle. Choose the private option if you want a private tour.

  • Know Before You Go: THE MOVIE STAR EXPERIENCE Pickup is at Hardy Street Parking Structure, east side of the structure near the State Street entrance next to Middlecoast Brewery, look for some luxury GMC Yukons/Cadillac Escalades. Hardy Street Parking Structure is across the street from Park Place Hotel. We also pick up at some local downtown Traverse City locations- email or text us your location. Our guests don't have to walk miles to a far-away park to get on some old run-down bus! OR worse, guests won't have to drive to some park only to drive back to Traverse City after a day of drinking wine! Don't come here on vacation and leave on probation! Movie Stars Wine Tours guests get picked up and dropped off in Downtown Traverse City. Book the Movie Star Experience! Get to the pickup point, and we can usually drop off at local hotels/motels after the wine tour. Bought a box of wine? No problem, after the wine tour, go out and experience downtown Traverse City, and pick up your wine the next day.
