For safety reasons, this tour is not open to children under 3 years old, pregnant women, those who have recently undergone surgery, those with heart or spinal conditions, wheelchair users, or those who have consumed alcohol within the past 12 hours.
Additionally, children aged 4-12 (up to 40kg) must be accompanied by at least two adults.

The meeting time will be finalized after 8 PM the night before the tour. The drop-off location will not be your hotel, but one of three locations designated by the balloon company (Historic District/Reforma/Polanco).
Due to strong winds, bad weather, etc., the balloon flight may be canceled or rescheduled to the following day (if the balloon flight is canceled and only the sightseeing tour of the ruins is conducted, the tour fee will not be refunded).
