出發前一天當地時間18:00-21:30左右會發領隊和車牌集合信息郵件，請注意查收！如果沒有收到可能在郵件垃圾箱，或者提前一天晚上後台咨詢或留言給客服。

請務必於集合時間前 15 分鐘抵達指定地點報到。為保障全體旅客權益，逾時不候、恕不退款，敬請準時集合以免影響行程進度，如因當天個人因素遲到未能參與，中途也不可參團並且亦不予退費，敬請見諒。

未滿 3 歲不佔位的嬰幼兒可免費參團，每位成人僅可攜帶一名不佔座位的嬰幼兒同行。若有嬰兒同行，請於下訂時於「備註欄」告知。如果佔位置同大人價。

每人可免費攜帶一件行李，行李尺寸不限（報名時請提前告，如未提前告知導致車廂擁擠，司導有權拒絕您上車，費用不退）行李超出的部分現場付2000日幣/件。請咨詢客服

自由活動時，請注意人身、財物安全，如未聽勸告發生意外或造成損失需自行承擔

行程中途，護照及貴重物品也請隨身攜帶妥善保管若自行脫團者，將視同交易無效，將不會退還任何費用。且若因此導致人身、財產安全，後果須自行承擔。

18歲以下未成年人或兒童必須由成人陪伴參團，年滿80歲以上之旅客，需有家人或友人同行，不便之處，敬請鑒諒。

根據當日交通路況、天氣、節日、人潮影響，各行程抵達時間有可能發生變化，如遇前述或其他不可抗力之因素行程發生延遲或取消，還請見諒，並不可以此為由要求退還費用。

依據日本勞動法規，司機每日最長工作時間為 10 小時。為保障行車安全，主辦單位有權依實際狀況調整行程（如縮短停留、取消部分景點）。此調整不得作為退款或投訴理由。
