Passengers must alight with their luggage at both Singapore & Malaysian immigration. After clearance, passengers will continue the journey in the same vehicle with the same driver.

4. At the driver's discretion: if the number of passengers or amount of luggage exceeds the vehicle's capacity, the driver reserves the right to refuse service without a refund.

5. Passengers must alight with their luggage at both Singapore & Malaysian immigration.
