3. Tour participants must purchase tickets with the tour guide; they cannot bring their own tickets or use City Passes. Entrance fees and meal costs may vary depending on official announcements from the attractions; the prices published by the attractions on the day of the tour will prevail.
4. During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to adjust the order of visits, the duration of stay, or the meeting time of attractions according to weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.

If an attraction is temporarily closed or closed during holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's), making a visit impossible, the tour guide will adjust the itinerary to include only an exterior view or alternative attractions to ensure a richer experience. Please understand that opening hours and visitor limits for various attractions and national parks may change from time to time due to the pandemic; any impact on the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances is considered force majeure.
6. Children under eight years old must use a child safety seat. The rental fee is $10.00 per person per day. Please be sure to indicate this in the booking notes so that we can make preparations in advance. Any violations or fines incurred due to the guest's failure to inform us in advance will be borne by the guest. Thank you for your understanding. If a bus trip is arranged on the day of the tour, a child safety seat is not required, and the fee will be refunded.
7. Many tourist attractions on the itinerary require participants to have basic health conditions. People with disabilities or mobility impairments should contact us in advance before registering for the tour. Without timely notification, the driver/guide cannot guarantee the provision of wheelchair-accessible buses or suitable seating.
8. To ensure a smooth and complete trip, tourists are responsible for strictly adhering to the meeting time given by the tour guide. If more than ten minutes have passed since the meeting time, the vehicle will depart without waiting. In the event of uncontrollable factors such as weather, traffic, mechanical failure, strikes, government shutdowns, war, or terrorist attacks, the driver/guide cannot guarantee arrival at the pick-up location on time. The driver/guide will not be liable for any inconvenience caused to guests due to delays resulting from such reasons, or for any additional costs incurred, including flight, train, or bus fares and other tour expenses.
9. The tour operator has the right to transfer tourists from the original vehicle to another vehicle en route and assign different tour guides and drivers to provide services, provided that it is convenient for the tour operation.
10. This product is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group midway, please inform us in advance and obtain the tour guide's consent. You will need to sign a departure agreement. The uncompleted portion will be considered as your voluntary abandonment, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
11. For complimentary items included in the itinerary, if they cannot be provided due to force majeure factors such as transportation or weather, or if you are unable to participate due to personal reasons, no refund will be given. Thank you for your understanding.
12. Smoking is prohibited on the bus during the tour, in accordance with U.S. federal law. If you need to smoke, please go to the designated smoking area.
13. Pets and animals are not allowed on any of the tours.
