Led by our experienced and local guide, this tour blends exceptional cuisine with the rich history of Whistler’s storied past, making every step a memorable experience.

This guided walking tour features 4 delicious courses at four award winning Whistler restaurants. Included is the VIP treatment in the Bearfoot Bistro's impressive 15,000-bottle wine cellar, where guests learn to saber champagne.

Your guide will enhance your culinary adventure with their local knowledge and enthusiasm for the wonderful restaurant dining scene in Whistler.

Guests will also collect a playing card at each venue with prizes for the best poker hands at last stop (no experience necessary).

## Optional Wine Pairings Upgrade
Enjoy a flute of sparkling wine after one of the guests sabers open the bottle with a sword at the first restaurant. At the next two restaurants, you will be served a glass of your choice of red or white wine, and we finish with a 1 oz glass of BC's famous icewine at the last restaurant.

The price includes 10% liquor tax and restaurant gratuities which makes it great value for guests wishing to have wine with their dinner. Any additional wine or drinks can be purchased directly from the restaurants.

## Stop 1
A delicious seasonal amuse bouche tasting plate to be enjoyed following a wine cellar tour and sabering (chopping bottle open).

**Wine Pairing (if purchased):** Glass BC sparkling wine

## Stop 2
Choose between a Prime Beef Slider, OR Hy’s famous Nourish Bowl, OR their Seared Ahi Tuna for the tour appetizer.

**Wine Pairing (if purchased):** 3oz glass BC red or white

## Stop 3
Full main course choice of Pan Roasted King Salmon with truffle creamed leeks & lemon succo, OR; Fusilli Tartufati with local wild mushrooms, truffle cream & sage, OR; Charred Bavette Steak with saffron risotto & autumn vegetables. The Fusilli Tartufati is available for vegetarians.

**Wine Pairing (if purchased):** 3oz glass BC red or white

## Stop 4
Finish the evening with Chef's artisan cheese plate accompanied with local craft jelly. Guests often kick back in the lounge atmosphere for coffee, tea or cocktails following the tour.

**Drink Pairing (if purchased):** 1oz glass BC icewine; or a full size BC craft beer or BC red or white wine.
