Pickup will be conducted using a shared vehicle. Please be sure to arrive on time.

Pickup and drop-off times may vary depending on road conditions and the circumstances of other users.

In particular, hotel pickups may be delayed by 30 to 40 minutes (up to 1 hour) from the scheduled time.

If the vehicle does not arrive at the scheduled pickup time, please contact the driver or check the situation through hotel staff or the concierge.

(The Korean manager also checks the pickup vehicle status through the driver, so communicating directly is the fastest way to check the pickup status.)

Refunds and compensation are not available due to pickup delays.
