Anglers can catch reef fish like gurnard perch, jackass morwong, bluethroat, leatherjacket, flathead, pike and Australian salmon (note: sharks must be released in shark refuge area), while certified divers may harvest crayfish, abalone, or sea urchins (recreational fishing license required for lobster and abalone). Onboard, enjoy a feast of fresh fruit, Tasmanian oysters, salmon sashimi, A5/M9 wagyu, lamb chops, and desserts. Guests can use the boat's cooking facilities to prepare their freshly caught seafood to share with family and friends.
