【Jade Dragon Snow Mountain】 I. The cable car ride time must be strictly in accordance with the time allocated by the scenic area:
1. To avoid long wait times, we will adjust the itinerary. We may arrange the Blue Moon Valley tour first and then take the cable car, or take the cable car first and then arrange the Blue Moon Valley tour.
2. The specific departure and return times will be adjusted accordingly based on the cable car ticket time.
3. Please understand that if there are large crowds at the scenic area, the waiting time may be long.
II. Cable Car Closure Policy: In the event of force majeure such as strong winds or temporary closure of the scenic area's main cable car, which prevents passengers from riding the cable car, the following solutions are provided to ensure a pleasant experience for our guests:
1. The Glacier Grand Cableway will be changed to the Spruce Meadow Small Cableway, with a refund of 80 yuan per adult available locally;
2. If you do not wish to take any cable car rides, a refund of 120 RMB per adult will be provided on-site, which can be used for sightseeing in the snow mountain scenic area.
3. If you arrive at the scenic area entrance on the day of your trip but do not enter the scenic area, and the scenic area temporarily announces that the cable car is closed, you can choose not to go and return to the city, but you will need to pay 100 yuan per person for transportation from the city to the scenic area, and the order will be fully refunded.
[Pick-up Location] Since vehicles are prohibited from entering Dayan Ancient Town and Shuhe Ancient Town in Lijiang, please go to the location confirmed by the driver in advance and wait to board the vehicle.
