1. Minors or children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult to participate in the tour. Minors or children traveling alone are not allowed to participate.
2. For the safety of pregnant women, pregnant women must be no more than 24 weeks pregnant at the end of the tour to participate in the tour.
3. The hotel offers different room types, such as a room with one King/Queen size bed or two Double size twin beds. While the availability of rooms is guaranteed, the specific room type and location are not guaranteed. Specific bed types cannot be requested; availability is subject to change.
4. The itinerary does not accept or will not assist with sharing rooms with strangers. Room types and numbers must be booked according to the actual number of travelers.
5. Each hotel has different methods for collecting and refunding deposits (mostly via credit card). Tour participants will need to cooperate according to the specific regulations.
6. Smoking is prohibited on the tour bus. Most hotel rooms also prohibit smoking; hotel cleaning staff are professionally trained, and security personnel will professionally record evidence. If caught smoking, the cleaning fee will be borne by the guest. If you need to smoke, please go to the designated smoking area.
7. Pets and animals are not allowed on the tour.
8. This is a group activity. If you choose to leave the group midway, please inform us in advance and obtain the tour guide's consent. You will need to sign a departure agreement. The uncompleted portion will be considered as your voluntary abandonment, and the tour fee will not be refunded.
9. Tour participants are not allowed to bring their own tickets or use City Passes.
10. During the actual trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to adjust the order of visits, the duration of stay, or the meeting time of attractions according to weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure the smooth progress of the trip.
11. If an attraction is temporarily closed or closed on holidays, preventing a visit, the tour guide will adjust the itinerary by showing only the exterior or substituting another attraction to ensure a richer experience. Please understand that opening hours and visitor limits for various attractions and national parks are subject to change. Any disruptions to the itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances are considered force majeure.
12. To ensure a smooth and complete itinerary, tourists are responsible for strictly adhering to the meeting time given by the tour guide. If more than ten minutes have passed since the meeting time, the vehicle will depart without waiting. In the event of uncontrollable factors such as weather, traffic, mechanical failure, strikes, government shutdowns, war, or terrorist attacks, our company cannot guarantee on-time arrival at the pick-up location. Our company will not be responsible for any inconvenience caused to guests or any additional costs incurred due to delays caused by such reasons, including related flight, train, or bus fares and other tour expenses.
13. Children under eight years old must use a child safety seat. The rental fee is USD$10.00 per person per day. Please be sure to indicate this in the booking notes so that we can make preparations in advance. Any violations or fines incurred due to the guest's failure to inform us in advance will be borne by the guest. Thank you for your understanding. If a bus trip is arranged on the day of the tour, a child safety seat is not required, and the fee will be refunded.
14. During the journey, you may be transferred from the original vehicle to another vehicle and assigned a different guide and driver.
