Children over 4.6 ft will be allowed to participate alone in any of our dolphin programs by paying the adult rate. Children over 3.9 ft up to 4.6 ft will be allowed to participate
Women under five months pregnant can only participate in the dolphin encounter and must sign a liability waiver
Children between 1.2m and 1.39m must be accompanied by an adult to take part in the dolphin encounter
Children 1.4m tall can take part on their own
Infants aged between one and five can take part free of charge as long as they're accompanied by a paying adult
Regarding the tickets, children are considered aged between six and 12. Adults are classified as being 13 and up
You can't wear suncream or tanning products during the animal encounter. The chemicals could be harmful to them
Please don't wear jewellery or accessories that could easily come off during the dolphin encounter
Electronic devices aren't allowed during the dolphin program
We recommend bringing cash with you so you can buy photos and souvenirs
If you have a history of heart conditions, asthma, diabetes or epilepsy, or take heart medication or have major medical conditions, it's recommended that you don't take part in this experience
We recommend consulting your physician if you're concerned your physical health or medical history may be an issue with taking part in this activity.
Ground transportation isn't included and is available for an extra charge
In accordance with Article 60 of the Q. Roo Finance Law, a state tax (ISEPAAA) of MX$50 per person (ages six and up) must be paid at check-in for activities involving dolphins.All passengers must pay the pier usage fee, except infants under five years old.Pier usage fee:Adults (13+ years)Children (six to12 years): US$15 / MX$300 Infants (five years and under): included with each paying adult
