You’ll start with “Qofte bobollaqe”, a savoury speciality served with creamy yoghurt. Next comes “Qifqis”, a Gjirokaster favourite blending rice and local ingredients. To finish, enjoy “Hasude”, a sweet dessert that completes the meal, accompanied by a fresh seasonal salad.
