If you pick Migrino, you'll begin with a practice circuit, where you can get to grips with the modern buggies. Then, head off on muddy, mountain trails and coastal sand-dune tracks with the sound of the Pacific Ocean crashing nearby. La Candelaria is a little further inland in the foothills of the Sierra de la Laguna Mountains, where you'll whizz around desert canyons and a palm-fringed oasis, with waterfalls on the menu in the rainy season, too.
