Regarding the cancellation of the event:

• [Regarding Bad Weather] This service will generally proceed even in the event of rain. However, if we determine that filming is impossible due to clearly bad weather, we will consult with the customer and take the following measures in good faith: ① Rescheduling We will change the filming date to within the period of your stay at the location and filming will be carried out. (If the rescheduled date falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, a difference in price will be incurred and will be borne by the customer.) ② Postponement If filming is impossible during the period of your stay at the location, the filming date may be postponed up to one year from the original filming date. Please note that the travel expenses for coming back will be borne by the customer. ③ Cancellation of Filming and Refund Guarantee (※Only if ① and ② are impossible) If the above ① and ② are impossible, we will cancel the filming and provide a full refund. *Please note that any fees incurred in connection with the refund will be borne by the customer.
