Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- The tour may be canceled depending on the weather and ocean conditions on the day. *The weather may also suddenly worsen after you arrive at the location. Please note that if the tour is canceled, we will not be able to compensate you for transportation costs, travel expenses, etc.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- Please be punctual, as lateness may inconvenience the next booked customer and result in your inability to participate. *Please arrive at the beach 20 minutes before the tour starts, wearing your swimsuit or clothing that can get wet. Pregnant women are not permitted to participate. *Please choose your start time between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM (3-hour course).

Includes/Excludes
- The price includes the experience fee, insurance, various rental fees, consumption tax, and BBQ ingredients.
- Hot shower: 300 yen Parking fee: 1000 yen per car per day

Ages of participation: 3 to 70 years old
Clothing and belongings: Swimsuit or clothing that can get wet. Flip-flops. Please bring a towel, sunglasses, hat, sunscreen, etc., as needed.

Duration Comment: *The marine sports experience takes 1 hour and 50 minutes. Schedule for the Day (Example) If you have a 9:00 AM reservation 8:40 AM Meet (change clothes) ↓ 9:00 AM Marine sports begin ↓ 10:50 AM Marine sports end (change clothes & clean up) ↓ 11:00 AM BBQ begins (BBQ can be done before or after marine sports. It can also be done simultaneously with marine sports.)

- Cancellations 1 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
