Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- In the event of severe weather or a sudden change in weather conditions, the tour will be canceled for the safety of our customers. Please note that the decision to cancel may be made the day before, on the day of, or just before departure.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- - If you are late for the meeting time, you may not be able to participate. - Please wear your swimsuit (if you plan to swim) and cover it with something when you arrive. - The boat has a simple shower (cold water), toilet, and changing room (which also serves as a toilet), so please change your clothes before disembarking. - You may get wet up to your waist when landing on the phantom island.
Other special notes:
- Parking at Obama Port is free.
Reminders
Ages of participation: 0 to 100 years old
Clothing and belongings: Swimsuit, towel, change of clothes, sandals or shoes that can get wet, outerwear (such as a windbreaker to wear if it gets cold), sunscreen, etc. *When landing on the phantom island, you are likely to get wet, so we recommend wearing clothes that can get wet.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
