What You Can Expect

- 08:30Model schedule for the 1st session, meeting at 8:30. Please meet at Ocean Style by 8:30! Look for the cute building with paintings on it^-^
- 08:50Boarding time! After checking in at the shop, we will move to the port and board the boat!
- 09:00Departure! Let's go on a wonderful journey in the sky!
- 09:15Finally, off to the sky. Once we arrive at the point, the staff will help you put on your harness with instructions.
- 09:20An elegant walk in the sky! Please enjoy the breathtaking view from above^-^
- 09:30Return to port. After enjoying your time in the sky, we will head back to the port at a leisurely pace♪
- 10:00Return to port. Once we are safely back at the port, the tour is finished! Please listen to the staff's instructions on how to download your photos♪

Questions regarding reservations:
- Question 1: All participants are requested to provide their age and weight when making a reservation.
Regarding the cancellation of the event:
- If the event cannot be held due to bad weather or sea conditions, it will be canceled. If the cancellation is decided the day before, we will contact you directly on your mobile phone or fax your hotel. If the decision is made on the morning of the event, we will contact those taking the first trip at 9:00 AM around 7:00-7:30 AM, and those taking the second trip at 10:00 AM or later around 8:00 AM.
Important notes regarding course participation:
- *The menu may be canceled or changed depending on the sea conditions and weather on the day. *Participation is refused to those who have consumed alcohol (strictly prohibited), are feeling unwell, are pregnant or suspected of being pregnant, or have organ diseases. *The staff will decide on the number of passengers (1-4) depending on the waves, wind and weight of the participants on the day. *You may be asked to ride with staff or other guests. *The tour may be canceled or the content changed due to changes in weather, wind, and ocean conditions along the way. *If you are late for the meeting time, you may not be able to board the boat. Please be sure to arrive with plenty of time to spare. *For cancellations made after 18:00 the day before your reservation, a 100% cancellation fee will be charged for cancellations due to customer reasons (including no-shows).

Reminders
Ages of participation: 4 to 65 years old
Regarding clothing and belongings: Please wear your swimsuit and clothing that you don't mind getting wet when you arrive. Generally, we will return to the water without landing, but landing may occur in emergencies or due to vessel trouble.
Regarding rental equipment: Life jackets

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
